Premium Tools:
• Subscription-based or one-time purchase
• Auto-renew unless canceled before renewal
• Cancel anytime through your account
• Non-refundable (except legal requirements)
Free Tools:
• Provided “as-is” without warranty
• We can modify or discontinue without notice
• May have usage limitations
3. Intellectual Property
All Site content, software, logos, and designs are owned by or licensed to Tegota.
Your uploaded content remains yours. By uploading, you grant Tegota a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for service improvement.
You cannot reproduce or distribute our content without permission.
4. User Accounts
• Provide accurate information during registration
• You’re responsible for your account security
• Don’t share credentials
• You’re liable for all activity under your account
We can terminate your account for:
• Violating these Terms
• Fraud or unauthorized access
• Abusive behavior

5. Payment & Billing
• Prices displayed in USD unless noted otherwise
• Taxes added at checkout
• Billing occurs on the specified date
• Payment processed by secure third-party processors
• If payment fails 3 times, service access suspended
• Digital products/subscriptions are non-refundable (except errors)
• Refund requests within 14 days of purchase only
6. Warranties & Disclaimers

13. Severability & Waiver
If any provision is invalid, we’ll modify it minimally. Other provisions remain in effect.
Our failure to enforce doesn’t waive that provision.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy constitute the entire agreement regarding your use of Services and supersede all prior agreements.
